Instructions
Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave on high setting for 1 to 2 minutes. Increase by 30 seconds at a time if necessary. Always check the temperature of your Herbal Pack with your hands before using. Overheating may cause burns. For moist heat therapy, sprinkle with water before heating.
Cold Therapy: Mist your Herbal Pack with water. Place the pack in its stay fresh package and put in the freezer for at least one hour.
To Clean: Wipe with damp cloth and lay flat to dry.
Storage: When not in use, always store your herbal pack in its stay-fresh package to increase its longevity. Keep in a dry, cool place.
